About the Event
FRIDAY
Your weekend retreat will start Friday afternoon when you arrive and leave your busy week behind you.
From 3pm - Arriving and settling in.
4pm - Welcome circle and yoga.
5:30pm - Reiki introduction workshop.
7pm - Dinner time (This will be a delicious homecooked vegetarian meal made with fresh local produce.)
SATURDAY
8am - Optional morning yoga and meditation.
9am - Breakfast
10am - Reiki course workshop
1pm - Lunch time - Tapas style lunch.
2pm - Reiki course workshop
6:30pm - Drinks and dinner (vegetarian)
SUNDAY
8am - Optional morning yoga and meditation.
9am - Breakfast
10am - Reiki course workshop
1pm - Lunch time - Tapas style lunch.
2pm - Closing circle with meditation.
