Why choose life coaching? If you feel that you have lost control of your life or are unsure of your future, then this series of 5 life coaching sessions is for you. Together we will use the FLOW method to examine and explore: Future self - What are you aiming for? Life right now - Where are you now? Obstacles, opportunities and options - What is holding your back? Ways forward - How will you get to your goal?
